How to Register:
Create Your GOLFZON ID:
Each player must have his/her own GOLFZON ID. Please download the GOLFZON app! Download the app here!Consent Waiver:
To participate, all players must complete, and sign, a Golf League Consent Waiver. Click here to access the form. The completed form can be uploaded with your registration below. If not included with your registration, you must be sure to bring your signed form when you come in for your first time playing.Complete Your Registration:

Once registered and paid, please go ahead and reserve a one-hour time slot (Monday-Sunday) for your weekly round.

Registration Form
Please be sure to read the instructions above. Players must have a GOLFZON ID before registration can be completed. Every player must also sign the Consent Waiver. You may include the signed Consent Waiver Form with your registration, or provide it when you arrive for your first time of play.
Once your registration is submitted and processed, an email will be sent to Player One. This email is an invoice that must be paid prior to making your first booking.
League Details & FAQ:
1. How do you keep score?
A spreadsheet will be set up to track your team’s weekly scores. With the download of the GOLFZON app, it will only track your individual score. Teams must email a photo of their scores to clubhouse@thewarehousegastropub.com.
2. How many courses can you play?
You’ll have access to three available formats in GOLFZON, with a variety of formats and courses rotating each week for added variety and challenge.
3. How do you Adjust for Handicaps?
After the first two weeks of the league, handicaps will be adjusted by 20% to ensure fair competition and prevent sandbagging. For example, if a player shoots 5 over par in round 1 and even par in round 2, their handicap will be adjusted to 2 for round 3. Handicaps will continue to be recalculated by 20% after each round to maintain fairness throughout the league.
4. Do I have full access to the menu while using The Clubhouse?
Your group will enjoy a dedicated server and the ability to order food & drinks while you play—available during regular open hours at The Warehouse!
