All memberships are individual, and all pricing is listed per member.

We offer discounted rates for Couples and Families purchasing multiple memberships, and a Corporate Membership option with additional business benefits.

What are the perks of being a member?

Beyond the great value on simulator time, members enjoy several exclusive benefits designed to enhance their experience:

• Monthly Course Challenge: All members are automatically entered into our monthly challenge. It's a fun way to test your skills on a featured course with the chance to win a $100 gift card.

• Daily Restaurant Deal: Enjoy daily member-only perks in our restaurant. This offer is available to you plus one guest, making it perfect for enjoying a meal or drink after your round. It is available to members whether coming in for a round of golf, or just dining at the restaurant.

Understanding Credits

What is a CREDIT?

A Credit is worth one free hour of play. Instead of paying the member rate of $60/hour, you can use a Credit to reduce that hour’s cost to $0.

• Standard memberships are limited to the use of one (1) Credit per day.

• Corporate memberships may use up to two (2) Credits per day, making it easy to host a guest, client, or colleague.

How do you get CREDITS?

You acquire Credits in two ways:

• With Your Membership Dues: All plans provide one Credit per month on average.

  • Annual plans receive all 12 Credits at the start of the term.

  • Monthly plans receive 1 Credit each month with each payment.

• By Purchasing Extra Credits: You may purchase up to 5 additional Credits per month at $30 each. This effectively lowers your cost from $60/hour to $30/hour for those hours.

Do CREDITS expire?

Yes. Any unused Credits expire when your next membership payment is due. Unused Credits are removed, and your new Credit(s) for the next period are loaded when payment is processed.

How is the Cost Per Hour calculated?

The calculation uses your plan's membership fee and your estimated average visits per month. It assumes one hour per visit. The cost is determined by using your included monthly Credit first, then any Extra Credits you might purchase ($30/hr), and finally the standard Member Rate ($60/hr) for any remaining visits.

Booking & Access

Will it be difficult to get simulator time?

We've structured our program to ensure members have reliable access. To protect availability, we:

• Limit the total number of memberships to prevent overbooking.

• Allow members to book up to 8 weeks in advance (non-members are limited to 7 days).

• Restrict members to two active reservations at any given time to ensure fair access for everyone.

How long does it take to play 18 holes?

As a general guideline, we recommend planning for one hour per player for bogey golfers. A group of four experienced golfers can typically complete 18 holes in about four hours. If players are newer or prefer a relaxed pace, consider booking a little extra time.

How many hours should I book for a group?

We recommend one hour per player if your group is experienced. For four golfers, book four hours. If your group is less experienced or you prefer a more relaxed pace, consider adding an extra 30 minutes for every two players (e.g., five hours for four golfers).

Membership Details

Can I get a membership for just a month or two?

Because memberships are limited, we offer them in 12-month terms to provide consistent access for our active members. If you’re not ready for a longer-term commitment, or if you plan to play less frequently, we highly recommend our new Punch Pass 5 option. For a one-time payment of $325, you get 5 hours of simulator time—a great rate of $65/hour. It's the perfect way to enjoy the facility without an ongoing commitment.

Use of the Punch Pass is subject to the following rules:

• You may use your Punch Pass for up to one (1) hour of simulator time per day. Any additional time booked beyond this hour will be billed at our standard non-member rate of $100/hour.

• The Punch Pass is tied to a single, named individual and is non-transferable.

• The named passholder must be present for the entire duration of any booking made with their pass.

• Punch Passes do not include other membership privileges.

Will membership prices change?

Yes, pricing may be adjusted once per year with at least 60 days' notice. For Annual members, new pricing only applies at renewal. For Monthly members, a price change may occur during your term. If that happens, you will be notified in advance and can choose to continue at the new rate or cancel your membership without penalty.
