About the event
Ray Walsh is the owner of, and winemaker at Capitello, an Oregon family winery with New Zealand roots. Ray makes artisan wines from both hemispheres – reds, whites, and sparkling. Ray grew up in New Zealand, found his calling into the wine industry in Europe, and was recruited to Oregon, "I learned about grape growing in New Zealand, and I learned about winemaking here in Oregon, so I feel really blessed to be able to produce wines from each distinctive region to showcase the stark contrasts of terroir from opposite ends of the world."
Come join us at The Warehouse for an exciting evening of elevated food paired with exquisite wine. Winemaker Ray Walsh will guide us through each course as he shares his background and educates us about winemaking in general and about the paired wines in particular.
